ZP, LDA (ZFM), with registered office at Rua Dr Brito Câmara, Nº20 1º, 9000-039 FUNCHAL, Portugal, VAT 506972771, acts in strict compliance with the EU regulation 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation — GDPR) and applicable data protection legislation, in all personal data processing activities for which it is responsible.
ZP's Privacy Policy aims to describe how we process the personal data of individuals and legal entities that relate to ZP, as well as to inform the rights enjoyed by personal data subjects.
1. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
ZP is committed to only process personal data that is strictly necessary for each process, as presented below:
1.1. Client management
ZP is dedicated to the representation of brands as well as the provision of services such as consulting and logistics. The processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of services to be performed between the client and ZP, or to carry out pre-contractual diligences at their request.
The personal information collected includes name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and/or cell phone, and taxpayer number, and is intended for:
a) Entering a contract for provision of services.
b) Client service management
c) Order delivery
d) Transaction management with issuing of invoices and communication of fiscal information to the applicable tax authority.
e) Internet activities, such as establishing a connection with zp.pt (IP address, cookies) and contact form.
1.2. Contact management
Personal information collected may include name, telephone number, and e-mail address.
It is intended exclusively to respond to customer requests made through the contact form provided on the website.
Note: Please be advised that ZP does not use your personal information for marketing purposes.

Personal data will only be kept for the period strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes identified above, within the legal limits. Once the period has expired, ZP undertakes to destroy the personal data. As a general rule, we keep transaction data for a period of 10 years, this being the period defined by law.
The data subject has the following data protection rights: right of access and information, right of rectification, right to request erasure of data (“right to be forgotten”), right to restriction of processing, right to data portability, right to object, right to withdraw consent at any time, right to lodge a complaint, either with ZP or with the Portuguese Data Protection Commission (Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados), which is the competent supervisory authority in Portugal.

You acknowledge that access to and use of our website may be interrupted and that the information on the website may contain bugs, errors, technical failures, problems or other limitations and that access may be impossible at certain times. ZP is not liable for any damages caused by the use of the website and to the fullest extent permitted by law, excludes any liability, direct or indirect, for the use of the website.
